Au Sable Light Station Trail is located near Grand Marais in Michigan’s Alger County. It is a 3 mile (4.8 km) out and back trail in the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. The trail begins at Hurricane River Campground and take you along the old access road and Lake Superior to the isolated Au Sable Light Station. Along the way you will see exposed shipwreck remains that dot the shoreline. Leashed pets are allowed on the trail and light station grounds.
