Bayview Trail is located near La Pointe on Madeline Island in Wisconsin’s Ashland County. This is a 8.8 mile (5.5 km) out and back trail within Big Bay State Park. Madeline Island is the largest of the 22 Apostle Islands. Bay View Trail is above the rocky cliffs and sea caves. The Madeline Island Ferry departs every half hour from Bayfield.
