Au Train Lake Campground is located in Au Train in Michigan’s Alger County. The campground offers 37 non-electrical roomy campsites that are nestled in wooded nature. Each site has a picnic table and fire pit and spaced out throughout the campground there is drinking water and vault toilets. With Au Train Lake being the largest inland lake in the area at 830 acres, it offers ample opportunities for recreation on the water. Enjoy boating, paddling, water skiing, swimming and fishing. Some fish species you can expect to catch here are walleye, pike, bass and perch. The boat launch is located at the campground’s parking area.
