Angus Island Lighthouse is located on a small island off the south side of Pie Island approximately 12 miles (19.3km) from Thunder Bay in Ontario’s Superior Country. The lighthouse was first established in 1927, today it is still active and is a skeletal steel tower. It was built to work in conjunction with the Trowbridge Island Lighthouse. It is best viewed from the water by charter or private boat.
