Hawk Ridge Bird Observatory Loop is located in Duluth in Minnesota’s St. Louis County. This is a 4.5 mile (7.4 km) loop trail that is great for all skill levels and is the ideal place to view migrating hawks. On days with northwest winds, hundreds to thousands of birds can be seen migrating past the Ridge. This trail is situated at the tip of the ridge and allows for awe inspiring panoramic views. Hawk Ridge is 235 acres of land centered on the highest point along Skyline Parkway.
