Skyline Parkway Overlook is located in Duluth in Minnesota’s St Louis County. The overlook is a pull off on West Skyline Parkway and sits above the Lincoln Park district of the city. This is one of multiple overlooks along this scenic Byway. This overlook has view unobstructed views of the St. Louis River to Superior Wisconsin and Lake Superior. It’s a great spot to park and watch the sun rise and set.
