High Falls of the Pigeon River is the tallest waterfall in Minnesota at 120 feet (36.5 m) tall. This waterfall is right on the US/Canadian border and can also be viewed at Ontario’s Pigeon River Provincial Park after crossing the border. Leashed dogs allowed.
