Dr. Rose’s Beach is located in Wawa in Ontario’s Algoma Country. This is a sandy beach on the shore of Wawa Lake. It’s a great beach for a day a leisure that offers plenty of amenities and fun. There is a beach house with change rooms, restrooms, picnic tables, play structure for the kids. The water is shallow enough so that it’s safe for kids and also warmed by the sun easier. If you’re in town for Canada Day, July 1, you can expect to see an incredible fireworks display from Dr. Rose’s Beach.
