Difficulty: Moderate
Mission Hill Trail is located near Brimley in Michigan’s Chippewa County within the Hiawatha National Forest. This is a 3.6 mile (5.8 km) scenic out and back trail that takes hikers along the spectacular Spectacle Lake and Monocle Lake.
Travel directions: Take Hwy 221 north from M-28 west of Sault Ste Marie. Follow Hwy 221 for 2.5 miles (4km), through Brimley to Lakeshore Drive. Turn left on Lakeshore Drive, follow 5 miles (8 km) to Tower Road on the left. Follow Tower Road 1.5 (2.4 km)miles to over look and trail head on the right.
