Hancock Recreational Area Campground is located in Hancock in Michigan’s Houghton County. Situated on Portage Lake, Hancock Recreational Area offers camping, boat launch, a pavilion, playground, laundry, restrooms and showers. Campsites include 50 amp electricity and water. It is some good, clean North Country fun in the heart of the most spectacular scenery in the Midwest. The Hancock area is truly an all-season recreational paradise.
