Agate Beach is located in Gooseberry Falls State Park in Minnesota’s Lake County. The park is 13 miles (20.9kms) north of Two Harbors. This is a pebbly beach sandbar down from Gooseberry Falls located at the mouth of the Gooseberry River to Lake Superior. As its name suggests this beach is a treasure trove for agate hunters. The parking at the park is free and ample.
