Saxon is a small community of 350 in Wisconsin’s Iron County. Come to Saxon for excellent fishing charters and scenic waterfalls such as the impressive Saxon Falls or Peterson Falls. Both waterfalls flow along the Montreal River right along the border of Wisconsin and Michigan. Witness the incredible views from Corrigan’s Lookout or launch your boat from Saxon Harbor County Park on Lake Superior. The Harbor has 90 boat slips, transient docking, a boat lift, fish cleaning station and three boat ramps. There is also camping at the County Park that includes electricity, water, lakeside & rustic tent sites, comfort station with showers and pump-out station.
