Marquette Harbor Lighthouse - Lake Superior Circle Tour

Marquette Harbor Lighthouse is located in Marquette in Michigan’s Marquette County. Established in 1853 this “Heart Throb Red” lighthouse stands 40 feet (12m) tall over Marquette Harbor. It sits on a concrete crib at the southern end of the breakwater wall that you can walk to the end of on a paved pathway with railing. Tours are available and conducted for a fee by the Marquette Maritime Museum. The tours begin at the Museum and continue to the lighthouse and up the 50 steps that lead to it’s entrance.

Tour Hours: May 15 – Mid-Oct Tuesday – Sunday 11:30am, 1:00pm and 2:30pm.
