The Ellwood A Mattson Lower Harbor Park is located in Marquette in Michigan’s Marquette County along the shore of Lake Superior. The park is 22 acres of lush, grassy open field with picnic areas and large wooden play structure, perfect for spending the day with friends and family. There is a concession and restroom facility, boat ramp and the city’s shoreline multiuse path runs through the park. It regularly hosts concerts, events, festivals and gatherings. The Lower Harbor Ore Dock can be seen at this waterfront and the Marquette Harbor Lighthouse is a short distance away.
