The Duluth and Iron Range Depot Museum is located in Two Harbors in Minnesota’s Lake County. It is a two story brick building that was built in 1907 as the headquarters for the Duluth and Iron Range Railroad. Today the building houses the Depot Museum with exhibits on the historical importance of industry in Lake County such as iron mining, the railroad, lumber, and commercial fishing. Outside the building are two historic locomotives where you also have a great view of the harbor. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
